2.- Intellectual property and liability for content

The intellectual property rights of this website (www.hikefoxter.com), its source code, design, photographs, texts, navigation structure, databases and the various elements it contains, are owned by H&F, who has the exclusive right to exploit them in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

Any use of all the content of the website, specifically of the texts, design, works, trademarks, logos, source code and any other content susceptible to protection, is prohibited without the express authorisation of its owners. Any unauthorised use will be duly prosecuted by the legitimate owners. Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the website are protected by law.

The owner of the website is not responsible for the content to which the links located on it are directed, as established in Article 17 of the LSSICE.

Consequently, H&F shall not be liable in any case or under any circumstances for the infringements that the User may commit in relation to these rights.

H&F informs that the proprietary content, programming and design of the Website are fully protected by copyright, and any reproduction, communication, distribution and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements is expressly prohibited without the express consent of H&F.

The brands of the products that H&F sells through the Website belong to their legitimate owners. H&F may establish links or hyperlinks to articles or information from third parties, always citing the source. The legitimate owner of the copyright of such information thus included may at any time request the removal of such references.

4.- Terms of use

With respect to the website, the user may view, print and partially download the content of the website, only if the following situations occur:

– That it is compatible with the purpose of the website. – That it is carried out with the sole intention of obtaining the information contained for personal and private use. H&F reserves the right to modify and update the information contained on the website, as well as its configuration, presentation and access conditions. Likewise, H&F reserves the right to update this legal notice without prior notice to users, when required by regulations or current events.

6.- Limitation of liability

H&F does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions in access to the website or its content, nor that it is up to date. However, H&F will undertake all actions at its disposal to resolve any errors, disconnections or lack of updates that may occur on the website.

Both access to the website and the unauthorised use of the information contained therein are the sole responsibility of the person carrying it out. H&F is not responsible for any consequences, damages or losses that may arise from such access or use by third parties.

H&F is also not responsible for security errors or damages that may occur as a result of:

7.- Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

This legal policy is subject to the provisions of Spanish law. For any dispute arising from its interpretation, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain), provided that this is not contrary to the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.
