    What people usually ask before starting

    Is it really free? Where's the catch?
    No catch. We absorb the cost of the conceptualisation and build because we trust that, if the case delivers real value, you'll want to move it to production. If not, you close the PoC without paying anything and keep the deliverable.
    How much time do we need to invest?
    We need one stakeholder from your team (business or IT) for ~3–5 hours per week: initial brief, system access, hypothesis validation and final review. We do the rest.
    What happens with the data during the PoC?
    We sign an NDA before kicking off. We work with real data or a test environment as you prefer, on secure infrastructure and under GDPR. When the PoC closes, data can be deleted or kept based on your instructions.
    What if I decide not to continue?
    You close the PoC at no cost. We hand over the code, the prompts and the technical report. The intellectual property of the deliverable is yours, no strings attached.
    How much does it cost to move to production?
    It depends on the case, but we provide a fixed-price quote before you decide. You know exactly what you'll pay and what you'll get before committing.
    Does my case fit this PoC?
    It fits if: (1) the case can be scoped to 4 weeks, (2) it involves AI or intelligent automation and (3) it has a clear business KPI. In the initial brief we confirm together whether it's viable or propose an alternative.
