Thanks to the definition of a data model that considered all possible elements and scenarios for Cegos, standards were established for the implementation of HubSpot CRM. The complete sales process was created for various projects. Additionally, the necessary integrations between HubSpot and Navision were carried out, and a brief training session was provided to familiarize the team with the platform and enable them to manage it comfortably.
